Co-Curricular & Enrichment

A Different Kind of Co-Curricular Activity

Rhythmic Gymnastics combines movement, gymnastics, flexibility, coordination, music and creativity into one engaging activity.

For schools looking to broaden their co-curricular, enrichment or after-school offering, it gives students an opportunity to explore physical movement in a structured but expressive environment.

No previous gymnastics experience is required to begin. Skills can be introduced progressively according to the students, class level and programme objectives.
